1. Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our parts and repair services.
- Screen Repairs: All screen replacements include a 7 day Testing warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Other Parts: Battery, charging port, and camera replacements carry a 7 day warranty.
- Warranty Coverage: Covers touch issues, dead pixels, and part malfunctions under normal usage.
- Exclusions: The warranty is immediately voided if the device has physical drop damage, cracked glass, or liquid damage after the repair.
- Third-Party Intervention: Opening or repairing the device elsewhere after our service voids this warranty.
2. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Time Window: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation number is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened tools or DIY repair kits.
- Installed or bonded spare parts (unless proven defective before installation).
- Digital gift cards or downloadable software products.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will notify you of the status.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Credit Method: The credit will automatically apply to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
- Service Fees: Diagnostics, shipping fees, and labor charges for completed repairs are non-refundable.
4. Shipping & Exchanges
- Defective Items: We will replace any item that arrives damaged or defective at no extra cost.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items.
