  • Screen Repairs: All screen replacements include a 7 day Testing warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Other Parts: Battery, charging port, and camera replacements carry a 7 day warranty.
  • Warranty Coverage: Covers touch issues, dead pixels, and part malfunctions under normal usage.
  • Exclusions: The warranty is immediately voided if the device has physical drop damage, cracked glass, or liquid damage after the repair.
  • Third-Party Intervention: Opening or repairing the device elsewhere after our service voids this warranty.
2. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
  • Time Window: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation number is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened tools or DIY repair kits.
    • Installed or bonded spare parts (unless proven defective before installation).
    • Digital gift cards or downloadable software products.
3. Refund Policy
